Is it possible to change the page layout for one page to Landscape mode?
If possible, could you please share the steps?
Select the Page Tool in the Tools Panel
Select the page as you would by clicking on any other object.
Change it's size.

Another option is to use the Pages panel to simply rotate the on-screen view. You will see the spread in landscape mode but the pages are still vertical.
You'll have to rotate that page in Acrobat and resave the document.

That only rotates the view - not the page itself.

Please let me know where I can find the on-screen view option. Note that out of 10 pages, only one page is in landscape mode as there is a image on that page. The idea is when I export the file in pdf, i want the users to read the document without any difficulty.
Thanks @Dave Creamer of IDEAS @@

1) If you need the viewer to read it as a rotated page then the way I described works for on screen viewing.
2) @Dave Creamer of IDEAS is correct that you can rotate a page view in InDesign but that is only for viewing in InDesign - it doesn't translate to PDF.
3) If your PDF is also being a printed document - leave it as a standard page with your current orienation.
And do as @BobLevine suggests and rotate that page in Acrobat for online use.
That being said - a printers worth their salt should be able to cope with option 1 also.

Thank you so much for the detailed explanation. I think point 1 is what I want...

Right-click on the spread in the Pages panel and choose the options:
However, the spread will NOT be rotated upon export to PDF. For that, set up a landscape page (I would use a landscape parent page) as Eugene said OR rotate them in Acrobat Pro as Bob said.

Thanks for the screenshot. Yes, I created a landscape page. Also, created a Master page to apply the header and footer correctly. Thanks a lot!!!
