Publish Online | Extremely slow | InDesign 17.4

Hi, since a couple of days loading of our published documents is extremely slow. Has anybody else experienced this and, if so, is this an Adobe server issue? Maintenance? Docs that were previously loading in a sec now take almost ten to half a minute to load... Fingers crossed this is temporarily and quickly resolved.

Sorry - I just realised when you hit reply it doesn't actually show what you're replying to.

In response to the 60 page document there's a bit of a wait for first load then the rest is reasonably fast.

second a small delay but not terrible.

Hi @Rishabh_Tiwari, attached a video showing how long it takes to load the same link, in private/incognito mode... You can see it takes 3 minutes (!) to load the file and another full minute to load page 7 with the video...

hi @Rishabh_Tiwari I seem to be seeing some improvements on my latest export. it's still struggling on some pages and some gifs are showing up with blue question mark symbols. it seems to be gradually improving but definitely still buggy. I think the main issue now is loading time

We are having the same problems with all of our accounts, multiple files etc. As described its the loading of the published file on the reciever's end that is too long...

My issue (the analytics that won't work for longer periods than 30 days) still hasn't resolved. I logged out etc.

First it gives this:

Overall load time seems to be improved, but embedded videos still take a long time to load (which wasn't the case when originally published). See example below, go to page 9.

Hi @StudioFerz  I have tested the link shared by you on my side & page 9 is working smoothly on our side. Please try using the same link in a different browser & see if it helps. Also, try to do a similar test with some other links as well & let me know if the issue persists.
