Unable to Access InDesign Beta Version on Windows ARM Machine

I cant see indesign in cc on my windows arm machine asus vivabook 15 s which runs on arm and the beta branch should support arm for windows please help

@patriciao81760256 I had the same problem on my Surface--I have a script that turns off the (stupid) touch workspace and restores my workspace options. But I had to kill the process and restart InDesign. It's possible that just the restart will do the trick. If not, I can provide the script, if you'd like to try it.

There is a new 'ARM' beta, v 20.1 now. However, it will not run (error), even after de-install and te-install. Something wrong herd

Sorry for the inconvineince caused to you. Could you please help us with below details to find the root cause why youre not able to run:

 

1. What is the OS version of the Win ARM machine 

2. What is the configuration of the machine

3. Also, can you please help with the error screenshot to furher diagnose the issue.

Hey all

 

I was expected to have access to the ARM BETA versions, but as I install BETA, it's still x64 (indesign) and not ARM. What's the error here?

@Sanyam Talwar   Beta is expired since wednesday, October 9th 2024, so we need an update. There is no update showing in the CC app...

This really is a joke! I need those apps for work and now indesign is not working anymore.
