Lightroom Classic ccのアップデートに失敗しました。

今までエラーが出たことはありません。「ファイルを移動できません。ファイル名を変更してから、もう一度お試しください。」と表示されますが、どうしたら良いのでしょうか。

    Hi kunikow,

    Please close all the applications then, sign-out & sign-in from the Creative Cloud Desktop app and try to update the Lightroom Classic CC to 7.1 version.
