Greetings all, 

 

A new update for Lightroom Classic has been released.  The May 14.3.1 update contains an update for this issue. 

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

Bonsoir,
J'ai ce message qui apparait lorsque je souhaite appliquer un de mes filtres sur une photo (depuis hier). "Le téléchargement de certains modèles masquage a échoué. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement."
Je ne sais plus quoi faire, j'ai tout fait avec l'aide de Chat gpt, désinstaller/résinstaller, tenter différentes manoeuvres. Rien à faire et il faut que j'avance dans le post traitement de mes photos pour mes clients... Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

- Roll back to LR 14.2 (known to work for everyone):

- Manually download the ModelZoo folder that LR is failing to download (no reports yet whether this works for other than one person):

1. Triple-check you are on LR 14.2 (not 14.3) by doing the menu command Help > System Info and looking at the first line.  If you're still on 14.3, then see this help article for how to roll back to 14.2:

Lightroom Classic keeps coming up with the message "Some masking models failed to download. Please try again later?" It lets me click on the preset and then just comes up with this message, so it doesn't let me edit the photo. I've looked for an update, and it's all updated... tried closing and opening etc.. just not working at all? HELP PLEASE!

It's a known bug. The reccommended workaround is to revert to LrC 14.2
