I'm using LrC v 13.1. I haven't thought of resetting the preference file. Please excuse my ignorance as I would not know how to do that

Is there a bug with LR Classic. I try to export photos and get error message: Unable to Export; Watermarking Failed. This message appears even if no watermark evident. This is impacting on my business

Are you trying to add a watermark picture? If so, then check that this picture is still available (not moved, not renamed).

Thanks Johan, I'm adding my digital signature. The photo is still available. I also tried it on another photo and same error message appeared.

I am not talking about the photo, I am talking about the file that contains that digital signature. Is that a PNG image for example? If so, could it be that Lightroom can't find this file?
