P: "..." menu in album shared on web doesn't open in Safari

I used the Lightroom photo sharing feature to generate a link to share some photos with my family. The link works and the photos are displayed. The share is configured to allow photo downloads. When visiting the share in Firefox, clicking the "..." in the upper right-hand corner when all photos are displayed or when viewing a particular photo brings up a menu with a Download option. But when visiting in Safari, the menu doesn't fully appear, so it isn't possible to click on anything in the menu.
