P: Synchronization web gallery doesn't work

Hello, the synchronization of Lightroom Classic with the web gallery has not been working for some time now.
The custom order in LR Classic is displayed incorrectly in the web gallery. It worked great for years. What is the reason why it stopped working? What can I do?
Furthermore, there are always a few more photos displayed in the web gallery than in LR Classic. Photos deleted in LR Classic can be seen in the web gallery. I have reloaded the web gallery several times - no change. This is a big problem because the customer sees images that they are not supposed to see. What can I do? Why doesn't this work anymore?
I'm hoping for help because I've been having really big problems with this for about 3 weeks and it's costing me a lot of time.
Thanks in advance.
I don't speak English and I use the translation. I ask for your forgiveness and understanding.
Best regards
Bernadett

Many thanks for the answer. Unfortunately I don't understand what I should do where? Change something in the LR program or in the Creative Cloud? I've searched everything, but unfortunately I don't understand the answer. Please give me a hint where I need to change something. Thanks in advance.

A bug has been logged and the team is investigating. There isn't something for you to 'do' at this point.
When the team issues a fix, this thread will be notified.

Thank you for your report.

To view the custom order in Web gallery, you have to choose the option 'custom order' for that particular album in Web. Please select the ' custom order' option to see the custom sort order in Web. Please let us know your observation once it is done.

Thanks for your answer. I always set it to “custom order”. Otherwise it is not possible to get the “custom order”. I've been doing it like this for years.
A few days after my support request it worked again. At the same time, every time I open Lightroom Classic, I get the message that Lightroom cannot save to the folder and therefore there is no synchronization in the web gallery. However, my pictures are saved and synchronized in my folder on the hard drive, which is why I have been ignoring this message for 2 weeks.
Your team fixed it very well, but introduced a new bug.
It's not that bad. If you can still fix this error, I would be very happy and grateful.

Best regards

Can you please give us the steps that you are ending up in this scenario. It would be great if you could provide screenshots of the error message that you are getting.

Thank you for your request.
I open Lightroom Classic and a window immediately opens that you see in the screenshot here.
I typed up the text for you and had it translated.

"Lightroom cannot write to the following folders. Until this issue is resolved, syncing from Lightroom may not work properly."

Below you can see the path where all Lightroom photos have been saved for years and will continue to be saved. So there is currently no problem except that this error message appears every time you open it.

I'm happy about the solution.

Best regards

Hello, the synchronization of Lightroom Classic with the web gallery no longer works as of today. I had this problem once recently and you helped me remove the bug. I hope you can help me quickly this time too, as I have to show photos to the customer via the web gallery on Monday.
Photos that I have taken from the collection in LR Classic are displayed in the web gallery. Photos deleted in LR Classic can be seen in the web gallery. I reloaded the web gallery several times - no change. This is a big problem because the customer sees images they shouldn't see.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, ther can be another possibility. If you have deleted the images from a synced collection in LrC and those images are present in either with another synced collection or in "All Synced Photographs" in LrC, such images would still be present in Lr Web gallery "All Photos" .
As a workaround, you can delete the intended images directly from Lr Web gallery itself.

Thanks

Many thanks for your response. Unfortunately there isn't enough time for that. I would have to look for 93 photos in the web gallery that I had already painstakingly deleted. That would take a lot of time and it could happen that I delete the wrong images, since the images in the web gallery are much smaller than in LR.
I just hope Adobe fixes this bug, otherwise I might shoot myself.
At the moment I have solved the problem in such a way that after editing I have now created a new collection with the definitely correct images under a different name.
