P: Brief appearance of Legacy panel when clicking on items in filmstrip

so on a lot of my earlier photos im getting a legacy settings button appear then dissappear before i can do anything then the photo reverts to a completly unedited state and this cant be changed unless i re-edit it.

 

currently using LR versdion 6.1 on MAC OS while images may have been editied on Ipad or Iphone OS

Thank you for the video. The team has reviewed and made the following request:

  1.  Close Lightroom
  2.  Open Lightroom and view a problem image in Loupe.
  3.  Capture a diagnostic log.

 

For LrDesktop

Go to Preferences

Account Section

Hold down the [Opt/Alt] key to make [Diagnostic Log] button appear.


When you have the log, let me know and I will send you instructions for send it.

The log file is likely too large for an email attachment. It would be best if you could post it to Dropbox, Creative Cloud or similar and share a link with me via direct message.

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].
