This is really very important shortcut we use very frequently. Pressing Alt+right click drag makes my work slower. Adobe must fix this issue asap. Thanks!
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
I'm so glad to hear from folks that the solution I posted, building on what Cory showed, has helped folks out, but can someone please tell me how I turn off notifications of new postings? I checked the "email me when someone replies" button but I can't find anywhere in this thread on how to turn that off now. For any who haven't seen this easy step-by-step solution that has worked for a number of people here, it's at https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-beta-bugs/p-bracket-keys-not-changing-brush-size/idc-p/1471... (faster than searching through all these pages to find it instead, lol).
brush size' shortcut [] is not working in Photoshop Beta. Looks like I am not the only one. (See attached for other twitter X users mentioned the same issue)
Uso o atalho do teclado [ e ] pra aumentar e diminuir os pinceís, mas no Beta eu não consigo. Alguém sabe se preciso fazer alguma configuração específica?
I updated to PS Beta 25.11 and lost the ability to change my regular brush and remove tool size using the short cut keys [ or ] or the wheel on my Wacom tablet. I can only change but using the slider in the brush properties dropdown menu for brush and the tool menu for the remove tool . Super inconvenient and lots more time and guessing on brush size.

3. Delete the shortcuts for 'Show Previous Layer Boundry' and 'Show Next Layer Boundry'
Worked on macOS beta for me. Will test on Windows when I get home tonight.
I appreciate the continuous improvements being made to Photoshop. However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the feature that will display the previous/next layer boundary. While this feature might be useful in certain scenarios, I find it challenging to see its necessity in my workflow.
As an avid user, I frequently change brush sizes for a variety of tasks, including photo retouching, composing/compositing scenes, creating collages, coloring illustrations, drawing/line work, digital painting, making adjustments on artwork, retouching type or logos, designing icons, preparing vector art, adjusting traps for separations, character design, making patterns, and adjusting layer and filter masks. In essence, changing brush sizes is an integral part of my process almost every time I use Photoshop.
Thank you for considering this feedback. I believe that focusing on enhancing core functionalities like brush resizing would greatly benefit many users.
Thanks for the update. I wanted to share that the [ and ] shortcut keys that enlarge my brush size seem to be broken on my system after this latest update. Best!
