Eye dropper error: Could not use the eye dropper tool because of a program error

Hi.

Does anyone know how to fix this error? I can't pick colors from with the eye dropper. I have the most recent versión of Photoshop Beta: 25.4.0

I tried reseting preferences, erase them, hidding layers, etc.

I've encountered this stupid bug since 25.4 stable version. Quickest solution I found so far is to roll back to an older version (I'm currently using 25.3)

Happens on my work and personal computer (Win11) too. The funny part is that it still picks the color, just not in real time sort of.

In the lastest Ps beta build: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.5.0 20240131.m.2486 6ce06b2 arm64

we are not seeing any issues with the eyedropper tool.

how do we get this build for those who were pushed 25.4 through creative cloud

No.... but still issues with the Liquify filter. I use this constantly, so
therefore I can't use the Beta version in totality for the eye dropper
tool. The released INTEL version, the eye dropper tool doesn't work but the
liquify does. So I have to use two different versions to get ONE working
one... UGH This is crazy.
