I am trying to access Photoshop on the web on my Pixelgo Chromebook, but after I login to my Adobe Account, I get the error message : Photoshop on the web is not yet supported in this borowser. To save or edit open the latest version of Chrome. What is irritating me is that I already have the latest version of Chrome installed and running on my Chromebook. It is called:

Version 123.0.6312.132 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I've moved your post from Using the Community (for forum questions) to Photoshop Beta and added the tag for "Web" to your post.

Here are the system requirements for Photoshop for Web:

I have the same problem to access Photoshop on the web but on Firefox Browser and I get the same error message:

"Your device doesn't meet minimum system requirements for Photoshop on the web, or you may be in a private or incognito browsing mode, which isn't supported on this browser."

I have Minimum and standard system requirements from my iMac 2020 and my latest Firefox browser version  128.

Safari is a bad example as it's not fully supported. If possible try downloading Chrome and testing in there to see if you get the same error message.

Hi Kevin,

i downloaded/installed the Chrome and I successfully opened Photoshop on the web, no error message.

So do you think Adobe will update/support Firefox browser in the future?

Thanks for your assistance and help.

It's a game of one-upsmanship each time a browser comes out with an update, the team has to react and update Firefly and vice versa. I've found Chrome to be the most stable when it comes to behavior.

Photoshop web is not supported in this version of Safari. You can view or comment. To edit and save changes, update to Safari 18.3 or later, or open in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

I get this message and I'm on Safari 18.3, if not supported in this app, Adobe should simply say so.
