P: Canvas view rotation doesn't work with scrubby zoom and natural media brushes

Canvas view rotation doesn't work properly with natural media brushes:

Scrubby zoom doesn't work well with view rotation:

I zoom towards the orange spot with both a standard and rotated canvas. The view should zoom in and out of the area the drag starts at.
