P: This Face Expression File is bad or corrupted

I keep gettting the following error when I launch Photoshop 2020 on a Windows 10 64bit machine

This Face Expression File is bad or corrupted

I assume it relates to the Default Face Expression Presets.p3f file, which a scan reveals to be OK. The application launches after I click OK but how can I get rid of the error?

I have reinstalled, tried the clean up tool and there has even been an update since it started but still it persists. Is there anywhere I can find a replacement file?

This facial expression file has errors or is corrupted

When I open the app I get this sign, and when I go to export an image it is damaged, some white squares come out, someone knows what happens.

Try this solution from one user who got the "This Face Expression File is bad or corrupted" message box:

• Quit Photoshop
• Go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe in Windows File Explorer and search for "Face".
• When you find a file called "FaceExpressionPresets.psp", rename it with .old at the end (to preserve it just in case).
• Restart Photoshop. The file will recreate itself. If there is still an issue, the older file is still there and can be renamed again.

Sadly i couldn't find any file named "face" in above mentioned destination,
But i was able to find the same file in "\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2024\Adobe Photoshop 2024 Settings", i renamed it as above mentioned and the problem / error message is gone,

Hi @ojoaomatos your GTX 750 does not meet minimum requirements to use newer features like Neural Filters.

The requirement is DirectX12 - feature level 12 compatibility. The GTX 750 only has feature level 11.

Unfortunately you will continue to have issues until you upgrade your 2014 graphics card.

Também tenho o mesmo problema e pelo jeito só vai sanar se trocar a plavca de vídeo. A minha tem 2 anos de compra e infelizmente esses drives eletrônicos cada vez se tornam defasados mais rápido! A solução, ao meu ver é: ou troca a placa de video ($$$) ou fica sem usar esse recurso de neural filters. Obrigada Adobe! (com raiva aqui) .
