Hi Everyone, I work at Adobe on the Adobe Genuine Program www.adobe.com/genuine. This is NOT a hoax. As part of protecting our customers at all stages of the product and usage lifecycle, Adobe informs users who have non-genuine software on their machine and provides options to resolve. Phone numbers are different since they to different Adobe Customer Support locations.

KumeDrinker I will contact you directly.

Are you saying that you do have a subscription and it is all paid up, and you are signed in?  Only the message seems clear enough.

Are you able to update to CC 2019 from the Application Manager?

The more information you  give us, the better answer we'll be able to provide.

It's a scam. That window is NOT from Adobe. Do NOT call that number. Run anti-virus software, and malwarebytes

Could someone unmark the "correct answer", and mark Ged's post as correct?

I've never seen this before, but if it's the genuine Adobe telephone number, there can be little doubt that the message is real, and the software indeed counterfeit.

Can we be entirely sure that it is a legit Adobe popup just because that phone number is correct? That would mean Adobe uses different ones for different regions. It looks so... fake.

OK, there is of course the possibility that the "more info" button is the trapdoor, and that it installs some malware.

I've posted this to the ACP forum. We should get a definitive answer there.

I've unmarked Rayek's answer as correct until we get the definitive answer from Adobe. If it turns out to be a fake then I am happy to remark it.

KumeDrinker – do you have a CC subscription that is all paid up, are you signed in with the paid account, and did you download & install the software directly from Adobe?

These are indeed the types of popup screens that Adobe is now using for their Genuine Software Integrity Service around the world, so it would be helpful if you answered these questions or could confirm.

The two possibilities are that it's a genuine Adobe screen (and it does look like one), or that it's a fake that was built in to a cracked version of Photoshop by a scammer to extort money from users of pirated software (which is also quite possible).

Name change, as far as we’re concerned there is no such thing as an ‘extended trial’. But there are many scammers. So it suggests your boss was scammed into installing fake software. My advice, sort out a genuine subscription, wipe the system to clear out malware, restore data (not system), install genuine apps.

Trials are for 7 days. No extension.

The way to clear the message is to take out a genuine subscription. If a hack has been used then watch out for the potential malware that this brings.  Test_Screen_Name's advice to clear and reinstall the OS is the only guaranteed way to clear such malware.
