  • Our Adobe Staff which includes Adobe Community Support Staff and the Photoshop Ecosystem Product team can help with account questions/issues, feature requests, and bug reports. Adobe Staff will always have the "Adobe Employee" tag under their username.

  • The Adobe Community Experts consist of teachers, creatives, freelancers, authors, publishers, bloggers, hobbyists, and industry influencers from among our customer base who use their experience and expertise to educate and inspire their fellow users here on the Adobe Support Community and other platforms. They can help you with how-to questions, troubleshooting and tips & tricks. While they're considered part of our Adobe family, they're not employees, which means they cannot help you with account questions/issues. Please contact Adobe through any of our multiple support channels for these.
