Regarding What's New in Photoshop how often that page is going now to be updated, with every new features added to current release of Photoshop, or maybe each half a year? I'm asking as (beside some minor changes) it was updated only annualy along with issuing new Photoshop. Last time it was at end of October and now it's first time in half of April.

The "What's New in Photoshop" helpx page is updated regularly and linked to previous version feature summary pages each time it is updated, so this link should not become outdated. October generally has many feature updates since that is typically the month of the Max release. The most recent updates to the What's New page were made in Feb, March, and April. The idea is that this thread can be a hub for new feature articles as well as some top troubleshooting articles and other frequently visited pages. New links will be added as needed to keep it current.

This is in fact updated regulary, but by 'updates' I mean specifically new features added to Photoshop on that page, so not in sub page we can check when clicking appropriate link in 'Previous releases of Photoshop' section of that page.
So you are right as to the updates and I'm aware of that, the only thing I'm not sure is whether I missed out current updates of feature are always added to main page and then replaced with new ones? Isn't it first time current (April) updates were added to main page (over October features annoucement that never is taken down) or they replaced February updates (that if I'm right previously were available only from sub page)?
Most likely you answered to me, but for some reason I don't remember previous updates (images with description) on main page, it's why ask...

This might help clarify things. Features are added to the main "What's new" page for each Photoshop feature release. Other releases are indicated as a note and often link to fixes or new cameras and lenses. The article also links to pages that list previous feature releases. I hope that helps.

You are right, I didn't notice the October release 'What's new in Photoshop' is refering the Beta version. So it appears the current April update on main page replaced February features.
