This would be great; and it's unusual, Adobe hasn't implemented this yet (or did I oversee something?).
It's obviously a very popular file format, great features (good codec, variable bit depths, alpha planes, depth maps...) not exactly "brand new" - why isn't an export function implemented yet, does it have to do with license fees from MPEG - or is it on the roadmap already? On macOS + iPadOS it would of course be very practical for cross-app workflows as well...
Anyway I think it absolutely makes sense, thanks in advance.
