It may not be feasible (at least for now) to add Liquify to Photoshop on the iPad, but how about Transform> Warp as a workaround?  (Being able to manipulate an image using Liquify — or Warp — is a basic image editing feature.)

Hi Andrea31514722z5el,

Just to know more on the issue can you please try creating or opening an RGB file which is < 8192 X 8192 pixels & check if the Liquify tool is enabled or not?

Current limitations:

Liquify is disabled for Text layer, Smart object, Grey Scale, Lab Color,CMYK, Layers size more than 8192 X 8192 pixels & Mask

@andrea31514762mgpn Currently there are some limitations of the Liquify filter on iPad.

Liquify is disabled for:
Text layer, Smart object, Grey Scale, Lab Color,CMYK, Layers size more than 8192 X 8192 pixels & Mask
Are you using liquify other than above mentioned list ?

EDIT #2: on Aug 1, 2023, Adobe announced that Liquify is available on mobile.

@Revanth Rayakanti

Liquify is not available on Photoshop for iPad — only for Photoshop (for desktop). It is listed in the "What's Coming" section, so we know the developers are working on it.

Liquify is available for 8-bit images only on ipad. Alternatively you can try this:

Photoshop iPad:

Publish and export > TIFF > reimport image into iPad Photoshop.

Lightroom iPad:

Export button > Export as.. > TIFF > Bit depth (8 bits) > Save file > Import into Photoshop

To test this try opening any regular 8bit image in Photoshop, liquify should be available if it fulfils the current limitations. (Check with info button, 'i' in a circle) to verify it's 8 bit.

Cheers!
