PS v25.0

The share button covers up the "confirm" button on the toolbar. Can it be moved or something? It's obnoxious and in the way.

Hi @meghanh75911771, there are a few things you can try to adjust this under Preferences. You'll need to restart Photoshop to see the changes. To neutralize the blue Share button, check “Neutral Color Mode” on the Interface tab. Here's how the Share button looks neutralized.

You can play around with Workspaces and some other settings, such as the “Enable Narrow Options Bar” in Preferences under Condensed on the Workspace tab. Let us know how it goes!

What are your display settings? On my computer, the Share button does not collide with the Commit check button until the Photoshop application window width is made narrower than about 1200 pixels wide. I think this is explained by the Photoshop system requirements, where the Minimum display size is 1280 pixels at 100% UI scaling, and the Recommended display width is the very common 1920 pixels.

So the Share button can collide with other controls in the options bar if:

  • The Photoshop window has been made narrower. In that case, make it slightly wider.
  • The Photoshop window is full width, but the display falls below the minimum required width.
  • The Photoshop window is full width and the display meets the minimum requirement, but UI scaling is set above 100%.

There’s no way to hide the Share button, even if we don’t use it. J E L’s suggestion of using Enable Narrow Options Bar is another way to address it if you need to work with the Photoshop window at a narrower width.
