【助けてください】Premiere Pro CC 2020が起動できない

自分も全く同じ状況ですがその後何か分かりましたか？

iMac(Late 2014)+macOS Mojaveの環境で、全く同じ症状に遭いました。2019は動くのに、2020だけ立ち上がりません。

苦心惨憺した結果、デスクトップの外観モードを「ダーク」にしていたのが原因と判明。

システム機能設定→一般→外観モードを「ライト」にすると、Premiere 2020は正常に起動しました。

どのような解決策をお試しになったのかわかりませんので、すでに実行済みかもしれませんが、こちらの内容を行うといかがでしょうか。

Aの必要システム構成を満たしていることをご確認いただいたうえで、B、C・・・と順に試してゆきますとよいとおもいます。

※いまMacが手元にないので確認できないのですが、BのフォルダーについてPremiere Pro 2020では「14.0」になるのではないかと思います。

Try launching the app holding down the Option key, and reset your Premiere Pro Preferences. Your Premiere Pro preferences may have been corrupted. Re-installing the app does not replace the preferences, which is why you need to do this step.
