Audio transition handles missing depending on view options on timeline

Since updating from 25.2 to 25.4, there is some new odd behavior happening with small audio tracks. I detailed everything in my video below, but the highlights are:

When small tracks are in your timeline, if you ENABLE Show Audio Clip Header on Small Tracks, you can no longer see the Audio Transition handles. You now have to keep Audio Clip Header turned off, which means that you cannot see audio clip names on small tracks. Please review and revert the behavior back to 25.2, this was okay if you aren't going to fix some of the general UI issues with the way these clip headers work now (which stinks, I have a feature request about that somewhere buried in here).

It's nice to see you again so soon, haha. Thanks for another great video demonstrating the problem. I'll look into this and file a bug if needed or at least forward your feedback about the UI to the right ears. I can see you're on a Mac, but can you give me your system specs so the engineers have as much information as possible?  Thanks!

Hey I'm a couple months behind but I just moved from 25.2 to 25.4 and this is why I wait, hoping other people will point out these issues so I don't have to deal with them, but alas you can't wait forever, so here we are! Hoping these are fairly easy things to solve in a dot release soon, it's really just basic UI stuff.

I'm on a Mac Studio M1 Ultra

OS Ventura 13.7.8

My screen specs are an Apple Cinema Display 2560x1440
