Enhance Speech effects does not translate from Mac to PC side

Given you guys test on Macs more than PC it seems the Enhance Speech effect in the new Sound Essentials does not proberly work on PC when opening files from Mac side. Also seems that deleting and reapplying the effect on same trouble clip does not resolve the issue either - for me the Ehance Speech makes the person sound like they're cyring lol, hard to describe how weird it sounds but its choppy basically. 

Clearing audio cache, or copy pasting new clip does not change its clearly buggy poor quality, only seems to work on Mac for whatever reason.
