Version 23 installed today, and a basic bug is still not fixed; I'm working with UHD footage on a FHD project, and when I export a static .TIFF 'freeze-frame' for Photoshop editing, I get a low quality pixelated image. Months ago I discovered that if I detach my proxy files first, I get a true quality export image. Note; I am not in proxy preview when exporting, Premiere simply exports from the proxy by default!

Hi all, We've identified the cause of this issue and have a fix for it. It will be released in a Premiere Pro update early in the new year. Unfortunately, it didn't quite make the cutoff for the next release, which is coming before the end of this year. Regards,
