I recently subscribed to Premiere Pro 2024 and when I scroll through a certain clip it just crashes.

No warning or bad frames appear, it's just frustrating that I can't finish my project because of this. It's happened like 10 times. I've reset preferences, have the updated version and have deleted cache.  No compatibility issues when I run the check. I've gone through the recommended fixes and none of it helped.

Basic troubleshooting, no matter the app, needs complete data.

So ... CPU/RAM/GPU, GPU driver, and of course the media you're working with ... framesize/framerate, color space, format-codec, created by ... what?

And you say one clip crashes things. What specifically is that clip? Is it in any way different from any of the other clips? What are you doing when it crashes?
