IZotope RX 11 and Premiere Pro 25.2.3

Contributor ,

I know that this issue was discussed already in another thread, but since we still got no solution to it I thought I should open a new thread.

The problem: As soon as I changed from PPro 24.6.3 to PPro 25.2.3 (Build 4) the "RX 11 Repair Assisstant" can't be used any longer because the user interface is cropped within a window. I can change the size of the window but that does not change the user interface of RX 11 - it stays cropped. In PPro 24.6.3 ist worked perfectly.

I am on Windows 11.

Any ideas?

Hi @filmspezialist
Check and see if the third party app has any updates. And I would also use the Windows update tool to be sure all the proper drivers are up to date. Then if nothing changes I would reach out to someone at IZotope.
We are here to help.

Have you contacted IZotope about this? What did they say? It seems fine on my Mac system.

I have not yet contacted IZotope but maybe I will. For the time being I found a workaround to get rid of the problem. This workaround was posted by someone in the other thread and it referred to Audition not Premiere. Anyway it also works for Premiere:

My solution; close all instances of PPro, then change your screen resolution to 1920x1080. Also change any magnification back to normal (my standard resolution is 4K, text site 250%). Relaunch PPro and load RX11. Then close PPro again and revert to your original resolution. Start PPro again and it will allow you to see the entire plugin now.

I found an even better solution to my problem. As suggested by Ann Bens in another thread dealing with RX 10 as can be seen in the picture attached. The picture shows how to handle the problem in Adobe Encore but I tried it with PPro and it just works fine.
