When I create a new project in the production panel, it does not show up unless I close and reopen Premiere. When I change an exisiting project name, it also does not appear in the production panel. These changes do appear on the finder level.

Steps to reproduce:

  1.  Right-click folder in production panel
  2. Click "New Project"
  3. Name project, add items*, save project
  4.  Close project

Result: New project does not appear in production panel.

Expected: New project visible in production panel.

*Not adding items has the same result.

The project is on Lucid. I'm using the public release of Premiere v24.5.0 (Build 57)

OS: macOS v14.5.0

Weird, haven't seen this behavior...

When you say the "project is on Lucid"...it's still on a local disk somewhere, yes?

Do you see the same behavior, when saving to a Production that's not being sync'd by LucidLink?

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm not seeing that behavior when I test in a backup of the production on a local disk.

One workaround we've found: closing all open projects refreshes the production panel.

Once you close all projects, you can create new projects and the production panel reflects the changes accurately.
