Premiere Pro 2025.4 Corrupts H264 encoding verified

I've installed twice, fails all encodes and seems to corrupt video drivers at times crashing browsers.  Reminded me of hardware fails.  Encoding would go the way to the end and fail near stitching.

2025.3 runs without issue from system restore.

2025.4 fails all h264 encodes

Since Premiere, AE and AME all updated at the same time, I'm not sure which one, but it must share whatever the issue is as both AME and Premiere Pro Direct encodes fail.

Windows64, 14900k, 3080ti, SSD M2 gen5, 96gb RAM.  Latest video driver updates.

I restored my system prior to this update and it runs fine on the 2025.3.  Not really the point, I'm not asking for help, I'm letting Adobe know there's a big problem in this update for some users.

Ahh. My comment was just a practical one to keep working now. Which many people seem to miss. But you're already doing that, wisely.

We always gotta get stuff out to the nice people what pays our bills no matter what screwups we hit.

I think I have the same issue.  Sadly, I was forced over to Premiere Pro when Rush was discontinued...followed by my old PC experiencing a catastrophic failure.

Anyway, here's the error message that I am repeatedly receiving on my brand new Windows box:

I'll likely post an independent post, but it seems like the problem you have raised is the one that's got me dead in the water, productivity-wise.
