Premiere Pro does not save new keyboard shortcuts

For some reason, P:Pro2023 build 56 does not saves new keyboard shortcuts. as soon as I restart the app the new shorcuts are gone.

you can revert to an earlier version (doesn't even have to be 23) and make your changes and save them and then do a search for find the saved .kys file and manually move it to the appropriate folder for 23... It should hopefully then appear in the keyboard shortcuts dialog... I've attached a screen grab showing where the kys files are kept in premiere 23. Easy to find a kys saved in an earlier version... just look in the folder named 22.0 or whatever... That said, would be great if premiere would allow you to export and import kys files... and workspaces, etc. It's not difficult manually doing it, but it is kind of a pain. Gonna make a feature request...
