Premiere Pro GoPro Reframe FX Big/Glitch ?

Hey,

i want to work on an Insta360 video with GPFX but every time i put the effect on the clip it gives me a glitch.

Now it does this:

I cant upload a video but the whole screen is flickering now (the preview screen of the video in pp)
