Problem with sequences

Sequences can't be nested - instead of being nested, only the individual clips are taken over. Mac Studio, M1 max, Ventura 13.1, Premiere Pro 2023

 

I'm grateful for any help!

In the upper left of the Timeline panel, can you verify that "Insert and overwrite sequences as nests or individual clips" is enabled (it will be blue, when enabled)
