I'm following up on this post because here it is October 2024 and I'm experiencing FREQUENT crashes of Adobe products. The ones I use most often are Premiere Pro, which crashes intermittently and frequently with NO ERROR MESSAGES. Now, I'm seeing the same behavior with Adobe Illustrator.
I'm using all the latest versions on Windows 11 Pro. I'm as close to certain as I can be that these problems have nothing to do with my computer configuration, but with no error messages, and no obvious log files to review, there's no way to tell.
I've contacted Adobe repeatedly about the problems I've encountered, and even though I' done the whole screen-sharing routine, the front-end developers are not able to resolve these issues.
What is happening to Adobe? The quality of their products has diminished significantly over the last couple of years; I'm really frustrated with the lack of support expertise.
Hi @Soulancipation ,
Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums! We are glad to see you here. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue. Please see, How do I write a bug report?
Thanks for submitting your bug report. I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!
Thanks,
Rach

How do you know?
Crashing is usually GPU related. Now, this is the Photoshop forum and you're talking about Premiere Pro and Illustrator - but these applications also draw on very advanced GPU functions.
Maybe a moderator could move this to the appropriate forum, but you'll probably be asked for your GPU configuration first thing.

I already explained that -- because these programs do not generate any error messages or log files -- it's IMPOSSIBLE to know if my hardware is part of the problem. However, I'm using a brand new GEForce video card and I have all the latest drivers, and I don't have any video problems with any other app other than Adobe.

Crashing is not normal. There's a reason for it. I haven't seen a crash in many, many years, and I use Photoshop 8 hours a day.
Is this a dual GPU computer? In that case you should disable the integrated GPU as it will likely conflict. Which model GeForce?
If you post the full Help > System Info from Photoshop, we won't need to ask these questions.

Well, as I said in my initial post, my problems are with Premiere Pro and Illustrator. I rarely use Photoshop, so I cannot comment on that.
Why did I post here? Because I did a search on random crashes in Adobe products, and this is what Dr. Google provided. I didn't notice that it was meant as a Photoshop forum.

Also, NO, it is a NOT a dual GPU computer.

I suggest you contact support over chat and have them take a look at your system.
Sometimes it helps to setup a new Windows user account.
Please post full computer spec incl gpu driver.
