Subtitles are not being generated in premiere

After transcribing a video, and going to the part to create the subtitles, it stops and does not advance.

I am using version 23.4

Apparently the problem comes with the Text-Based Editing functionality activated in the project settings, so far, the quick solution I found was to downgrade to 23.3.0.
