2020 not working, Return to previously installed Premiere CS6

Hello,

I've been a Premiere user for 10 years and have recently subscribed to Creative Cloud. Premiere CS6 ran perfectly fine on my computer, and has all the features I need, I remember a previous version of Premiere in CC working as well. I've got plenty of scratch space, processor speed and RAM. But when Creative Cloud upgraded me to Premiere 2020; my nvidia GeForce video card is suddenly unsupported and I can't even do basic tasks like playing imported clips, it's completely unusable. Rush does not have all of the features I need. I can't afford a new video card or computer right now, and it's frustrating that I've essentially paid money to not be able to do my work anymore, How do I return to the previous version of Premiere, with the understanding that it may not be compliant with new versions of other adobe software?

It's a bit of a problem. Using Adobe Creative Cloud you can go back one version, IE: we are on 2020 now, so you can go back to 2019. Getting CS6 to run again you would need your original install disks/files. Give your computer specs. Which Nvidia card are you using?

Hi, my card is the nVidia NVS 4200m. I will see if Premiere 2019 works with it, but if not, I'm canceling my CC subscription and buying Vegas Pro. I've already wasted enough time installing the dog turd that is Premiere Elements only to find that Adobe wants me to pay even more ON TOP of the CC subscription to have the displeasure of using it, or else it plops a huge steaming watermark on top of my render. This is ridiculous!

Premiere Elements trial is fully functional except for the watermark on export which I find totally understandable.

After purchase you can remove the watermark.

Premiere Pro is unusable to you as your machine most certainly is way underpowered as is the videocard.

Calling Premiere Elements fully functional is like saying John Bobbitt had a fully functioning Johnson - technically works if all you need is piss... regardless; it's a moot point. I upgraded my display driver and downgraded to Premiere Pro 2019 and it works like a dream!
Also, I didn't appreciate the crack about my 'underpowered' pc; which has a 2tb SSD, 16gb RAM and 2ghz quad core processor fwiw. I'm just still using the original video card because I don't play games and have never needed anything better for software until now. And how many people do you know with a 2011 laptop that still turns on, let alone has all its original ports still working? Anyway, problem solved.

This might not apply as cs6 is no longer part of CC.

Mrs. Bobbit, driving through the night in a panic, opens her car window and attempts to throw the PP into the woods along the side of the road. The wind grabs it and it flies back into the windshield of a car behind her. The driver and passenger of that car jump in shock as the wind once again blows the object off their windshield. Once they have the car and their heart beats back in control, the passenger turns to the driver and says, " Did you see the SIZE of that PP on that FLY ? ! "
