Adobe Dynamic Link grayed out in Premier Pro

I just updated Premiere Pro and After effects on my mac and now the Dynamic link selection is grayed out in Premier.  I have restarted my system and it still does not show up.

Which versions of PPro and AE did you install? 

[We mean the versions from the about box, not the year...]
