Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 - Banding in Color Ramp everytime // AE Dynamic Link different colors

Hi,

I found two issues in the new Premiere and After Effects 2025:

Adobe Premiere 2025:
- Color Ramp is creating banding, whether I use Maximum Bit Depth in H.264 mp4, Gaussian Blur or Neat Video Denoise. Nothing works. Please check, it´s a basic function everybody needs so this should work properly

Adobe After Effects 2025 Dynamic Link:
- Created a comp in AE and imported it into Premiere 2025. All Basic stuff, in the same color space. BUT:
colours look different when I switch from AE to PR or vice versa. I used exact same HEX Codes. The embedded comp is way lighter and different in colour, even if I use the eyedropper from one software to the other it´s visible in the Colour Palette. That´s weird. Please check and fix, it´s so basic that it´s freaking people and especially clients out!!!
