Adobe premiere pro cc 2018 ne répond plus

Bonjour,

Voilà un certain temps que premiere pro cesse de fonctionner de manière totalement aléatoire, j'ai essayer plusieurs choses mais rien ne change : vérifier la mise à jour du pilote de ma carte graphique, remettre mon logiciel à zéro, désinstaller et réinstaller adobe, démarer mon ordi en mode minimal.

Voici ma configuration :

Carte graphique : gtx geforce 1050

Ram : 16 go

Processeur : core i7

Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà été dans le même cas de figure

Ps: j'utilise très peu photoshop mais le même problème semble se produire pour ce logiciel aussi.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to launch Adobe Premiere Pro.

Do you get any crash log when the application stops working? [Please share the screenshot if any]

Please try switching the video renderer to Software Only.

Hello shivangi,

Sometime when premiere pro crash, my computer say that the application can't acceed to the video material. I tried to work on photoshop and the same problem happen, the application crashed, but my computer doesn't show the message, that he gives me for premiere pro.

I tried to switch the video renderer to Software only and I succeeded in work more longer than usual, but premiere pro crashed again after a while.
