adobe premiere

i need an email so my friend who isnt tech savy can tell them whats wrong with her software.

 

but as a breif run down, shes unable to use adobe apps due to a message asking to install the latest drives which she already has. ive heard from other students who are experiencing this same problem

No background information, so i can just guess here: The drivers are probably graphics drivers and to get the latest drivers it´s best to go to the manufacturers homepage, iow Nvidia/AMD/Intel. If Windows says that it is the latest it can be old drivers compared to the ones the graphic card chip manufacturers do provide.

 

Also, make sure to meet the system requirements: Premiere Pro system requirements

Adobe does not do support via email... if these next links aren't the problem, she has to go to support herself
