AE effect not showing through on PP

Hi,

I have an AE effect created (by a friend of mine) that is not showing up on the PP timeline, even though it is there.  Please note the attached two screengrabs.

In 1. you can see the AE effect on V4 (in red); also it is in the Source monitor (showing and playing correctly).  However, it is not showing up correctly within the Source monitor.  In 2. you can see that when the effect is clicked on then it is showing up and playing within the Record monitor, as to be expected.

This effect is to be replicated in 4 different places, and so I need to see it working correctly on the timeline, so that I may line it up appropriately.

The title is 3840x2160 and is 16:9 while the dimensions of the timeline seems to be 4:3 with unknown resolution. It seems that the timeline is not 3840x2160 and thus the title "lives" outside the visible area of the timeline.

Try to right click on the title on the timeline and select Fit to Frame. Or, make the title in Ae the same size as your timeline.
