After update, MP4 files were not connected anymore. After reconnecting file is shown as audio.

So I couldn't open my premiere file anymore, after editing on another computer. After an update, I was able to open it again but some files (seems random which files) were not connected anymore. After I reconnected the files, some were shown as an audio files.
I hope someone can help me there.

So thats what it says when i want to reconnect some of the clips. "The chosen clip doesn't contain Video Media as Clip referral in one or more  sequences . These Video Clip referrals are going to be deleted, and the process can't be reversed. Do you want to continue?"

That's another thing Premiere tells me:

"Die ausgwählte Datei kann nicht verbunden werden, da der Typ (Audio) nicht dem Typ der ursprünglcihen Datei (Audio und Video) entspricht."

= "The chosen file can't be connected, because the type (audio) doesn't match with the original file (Audio und Video)."

Hi franzi1994,

In the latest update of Premiere Pro (v12.1.2), we fixed several issues around files importing as audio only.

Let us know if updating Premiere Pro resolves this issue.
