Animated GIF visual issues?

Hello!

I'm having a strange issue with animated GIFS. For some reason (look closely) you'll notice a bunch of small dots all over the character in this GIF. Can anyone please tell me why?

do you have any effects applied to the character?

Nope.

go to renderer in project settings, what do you have?

can you screenshot your timeline?

looks in the screenshot that there are effects applied,

can you try to tell us what effects did you use?

also try to right click the GIF in the project panel,

go to Alpha Channel and set it to premultiplied alpha

The only effect I've applied to each image is a horizontal flip. I tried right clicking the sequence, but I don't see anything that says Alpha Channel. Was I supposed to right click the sequence?

If you right click the file in the project panel, select 'modify clip', you then have these options:

Okay for every image I imported into Premiere to make this GIF, i set them to premultiplied alpha. Still didn't get rid of all those dots.

 Is there something wrong in the export settings?
