Another bug in 22.3 - PP doesn't remember what monitor it is supposed to be on when min/maximized

Anybody with two monitors here? Go ahead and max the window on your second monitor. Now minimize it and then maximize it again and you'll see it pop up on the other monitor.  Now... I've been happy overall after very fearfully updating to a new version since the last stable version of a few versions ago but this is such an incredible irritation that I'm ranting again.

ok... I'm trying to recreate to submit a bug and it won't happen again... unreliable until you call the mechanic in to look at your car and then it behaves.... I'll sort it out though and submit when I can. Maybe only off the first boot up of it?
