audio lag in premiere

every time i start the clip in the timeline, my audio track lag for one second and then it goes right... how to solve?

tryed changing output audio as i read, tryed with 1/4 quality video... same problems every time... maybe also the video has the same problem for the first second

We're sorry about the poor experience. To be clear, does the audio remain muted for one second during playback & then it works normally, or is the audio & video not in sync for one second & then it gets in sync? Also, please share a screenshot of the Audio Hardware preferences window.

Try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.
