audio not coming out of both speakers

I have just gone from premiere 2022 to 2024 version and the audio is coming out of 4 different places in the audio meter rather than the usual 2? And I’ve got the audio channels set to left and right so no clue why it’s just coming out of one speaker. Please help im loosing my mind!

I would make a new stereo sequence and copy and paste your footage from the faulty 4 ch sequence.
