Hi there,

I have some trouble with my export, specially with audio, this is what happen:

I can heard a scratch on the audio after export, that i don't heard in my sequence in Première.

One thing I don't understand, is that i already made export of the same sequence and there were no scratches...

But now, each time I export my sequence I can heard a noise, and is the same audio than my previous exports.

I already looking for solution on the web but not find the solution.

I already try export the audio in 48Khz or 44.1Khz but it's the same problem.

I try the export with AAC and dolby codec, but nothing change

I work on adobe CC 2015, windows 8 64bits

Thx for help.

Per what Vidya mentions clean caches.

The following post reply is what I personally do to clear caches and project-local previews:

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2353754#9683751 (not official Adobe steps, make sure you backup your project first before any troubleshooting.)

You might try uninstall, Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems ,  reinstall.

Hi everyone, thx for answering.

Sorry but I didn't try your solutions because I had to finish the project quickly and it was too late when the first answer came.

The solution I find is to use an old export with a clean audio and to reimport just the audio in Premiere to made an new export. Fortunately I had this old export with clean audio but if it's happen again, I will use your solution.

Thx again.
