In premiere or on my PC? I checked to make sure my volume is on and not muted, and the audio is being played through my speakers via manage audio devices in my control panel.

Omg after 30 minutes finally found the solution here! Thanks so much to @Ann Bens !!! I set input to none and fixed this issue. (before that I tried to fix the microphone, idk if this was related)
