audio sounds bad and chipped when i export my video

when i export my video the audio get very low quality and has chipping 

but as im editing it sounds just fine 

im using premiere pro 2022

audio is a WAV file 44100 Hz 24 but stereo 

someone please help! its actually for my first music video and ive never had this problem with premiere until now so it's driving me a bit crazy haha

Make sure your sequence setting (audio) matches the original.

Also Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
