The camera I film on goes to 30 milliseconds, and then one, before it goes to a new second. However, Audacity only goes to 29 milliseconds, and then the next is the new second. This causes my audio to be off of my video. Any solutions?

This is confusing. Do you mean frames-per-second (fps)? Because there are 1,000 milliseconds in one second. But there may be 29.97 frames, or 30 frames (exactly), in one second of video.
Help me understand more about your situation, and maybe I can help.

Aidan: Also, your post mentions Audacity but this is a Premiere Pro forum. Do you mean Adobe Audition?

No, it's just the audio program I use with my microphone.

I think step 1 will solve this.

Actually, I've been using Premiere Pro for just over a year now, and have begun climbing out of editing videos and instead heavily adding effects. Please, be quiet and do the world a favor.

Many people do without having completed step 1.
Those people often end up here with unnecessary difficulty.
