Hi the community,
I have a problem when I export mi video from premiere pro. When I play my video on a laptop, the song is good, like on Premiere pro.
But, when it's played on my Iphone (or any smartphone), the song is very bad, very bad quality. It's happen the same thing when I post it on Youtube.
I thought maybe it's because of audio settings, at the exporting time..?
Or, maybe I need to change something on the audio from the video itself ?
Thank you for your precious help.
Qenty.

What export settings were used? If you can simply post a screen shot of Export Settings panel that is often very helpful.
Thanks

And also, if you Import the exported video back into Premiere and play it from the timeline, how is the audio there? We need to determine if the actual exported file is really bad or not
Thanks

Could be that some of you audio is out of phase, try adding the 'fill left with right ' effect to the faulty clips.
