bad quality export adobe premiere

I have a problem with the export of my video and cannot find a solution ... I have a very dark slowmo HD video when I export it the quality is really  bad and the noise is higher that on my preview 

  I have exported it in maximum quality, H.264, 1920x1080, VBR 1 passage

Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

the top image is my preview image on premiere, the bottom image is the image once the video has been exported

Sorry for the issue. Could you share clearer screenshots of the issue? Also, let us know your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?

Here are some screenshots of the video after it is exported and before on premiere. I hope it is clearer.

You can see that it the noise is higher and the quality lower.

also I have joined my export window.

I am using a macOS high Sierra with 2,2gHz intel core i7 and IntelUHD
